Become a PJC Ambassador: Help foster a warm, welcoming environment by committing to cheerfully greet others, especially those visiting infrequently or new to shul .
Host New/Prospective Members: Host new or prospective members/families for meals (as frequently as you choose)
Caring for Others: Prepare meals for someone in need (as frequently as you choose)
Membership Committee - Plan activities and engagement opportunities to reach out to new and current members.
Youth Programming: Assist with youth programming, either as part of a rotation that leads/coordinates programming.
Social Programming: Join a social programming committee to help plan and run social events.
Facility: Help with facility setup and maintenance as part of the facility team
Kiddush: Assist with kiddush setup, cleanup, or other tasks (e.g., ordering, pickup)
Kiddush Sponsorship: Commit to sponsoring a shul kiddush at least once annually.
Fundraising: Help with PJC fundraising efforts and donor relations.
In addition to the opportunities above, all members are encouraged to attend minyan regularly, join for learning opportunities and social events, and to host members/families to get to know other members and better integrate into the community.
